+ How Can I schedule a Consultation
To begin your virtual consultation process, you will be invited to complete a pre-consult form, providing as much detail as possible. Then you can select the day and time which is most convenient for you. Consultations can be provided via both zoom call or if you prefer not to use video, by telephone.
+ What is the Cost of a Virtual Consultation
Once you have booked in for your virtual consultation, you will be asked to complete a detailed pre-consult. questionnaire, so that we can begin to build a full overview of your skin before we e-meet you. At time of booking a £20 booking fee will be taken. Your consultation will last up to 1hour and includes a personalised skincare plan and complimentary follow-up session
+ What Happens During the Consultation
During the consultation, your professional skin therapist will talk through your current skin health; asking questions relating to your current skin care routine and what your goals are. Your therapist will then prepare a treatment and skincare programme for you which will detail all recommendations made and how to incorporate this simply into your routine.
+ What Happens after the Consultation
As part of your consultation, you will receive a personalised skin health map. Your map will include all of your personal recommendations; detailing both home care and treatment advice; step-by-step routines to help you integrate them easily into your skin care journey.
+ Will you keep in touch after the consultation
Absolutely! As a part of your consultation, you will receive a complimentary follow-up call 4-6 weeks later, to support you on your skin health journey. The follow-up call will check-in to see that your routine is progressing well and see if any ‘tweaks’ are required as well as answer any further questions you may have.
